Heritage Motor Centre
Gaydon, Warwickshire

This Instrumentation, Analysis & Testing Exhibition held annually by the EIS will take place on 7 March 2007 at the Heritage Motor Centre at Gaydon in Warwickshire. Situated in a central location and within 5 minutes of Junction 12 of the M40 you will find this venue easy to reach. With a large and modern exhibition room and plenty of car parking space for exhibitors and visitors it is an ideal venue for this, the twenty-fourth annual exhibition.

Many of you will have exhibited at the event in previous years and will already be aware of the quality of the attendees. For those of you who have not taken part in the event before, the format of the show is quite simple; exhibitors are invited to attend the show on the basis that what they will be exhibiting is of direct interest to the members of the Society. The stands are simple, low cost, table-top type, the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed.

As in previous years there will be two free half-hour presentations taking place during the morning, the first at 10:30 and the second at 12:00 and all are welcome to attend.

10:30-11:00
‘Test and CAE working together’
G Rowlands & E R Cawte, nCode International Ltd

12:00-13:30
'Modern Instrumentation for In-Service Gear Alignment'
Dr Jarek Rosinski
Transmission Dynamics, JR Dynamics Ltd
Northern Power Transmission Research Laboratories, UK

The presentations are spaced to give time for visitors to look at the stands and to hear about the latest equipment and expertise available.

A complimentary lunch will be provided at 12:45 in the foyer area immediately adjacent to the exhibition room. Complimentary tea and coffee will be provided throughout the day.

Early booking of exhibition space is advisable to avoid disappointment. Please note that a single unit booking will provide:

Space 3m long x 1.5m wide and a table 1.52m long x 0.76m wide x 0.71m high.

A cover will be provided for the table. If you require more space please book a second unit which is available at a reduced price. Two units will provide:

Space 4.5m long x 1.5m wide and tables equal to 3.04m long x 0.76m wide x 0.71m high.

We are afraid that on the day we cannot increase the space booked by individual companies.

The website will be kept up-to-date with the names of exhibiting companies.

We would politely request exhibitors not to begin dismantling their stands until 16.00.
