Major revision of Data Analysis Software Verification

Major revision of the Data Analysis Software Verification section of the EIS web site has been completed.

The revision should make navigation to specific benchmarks simpler and in addition the opportunity has been taken to rationalize the file and signal naming to provide for easy cross referencing.
